  • Once an item is packed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted and post-dispatch support may be provided instead.

Deadline for Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted before the order moves into the preparation or packaging phase.

  • Once your order is under packing or has been shipped, cancellation cannot be processed.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, shorter cancellation windows may apply. Any revision will be highlighted before you hit ‘Place Order.’

How to Cancel Your Order

Here’s how you can cancel an order:

  • Log in to your  Silkmuse account.
  • Go to the 'Orders' tab.
  • Find the item you want to cancel.
  • Hit the ‘Cancel’ button and follow the steps.

Refund Details After Cancellation

Once your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment used during purchase.
  • The refund typically reflects within 5–7 business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders

If any order is flagged for suspicious activity or found in breach of our terms,  Silkmuse may cancel it without requiring your consent. In any such case, the most recent version of this policy published on our website will be considered final and binding.
