Getting Your Order to You

At  Silkmuse, operated by Fusionfest, we’re focused on making sure every item you order arrives safely and without unnecessary delay. This section outlines our delivery process, expected timelines, and important notes about how we handle shipments.

In this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Fusionfest. The terms “you,” “your,” and “user” apply to every individual making a purchase on  Silkmuse. Your order confirms your agreement to the stated conditions.

Our Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery services exclusively within India. Orders intended for locations beyond Indian borders won’t be processed or shipped.

How Orders Are Handled

  • Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing within 1 to 2 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeline.
  • Once your parcel is ready to go, we’ll send a dispatch confirmation to your registered email with the necessary delivery info.

Estimated Arrival Window

  • Delivery times generally range from 3 to 8 working days, depending on your location and local courier operations.
  • Occasional delays might occur due to unexpected factors like weather interruptions, regional disruptions, or high-volume periods like festivals.

When Delivery Attempts Fail

  • If the courier can’t deliver your package due to errors like an incomplete address, no one being available to receive it, or refusal at the door, they’ll attempt delivery up to three times.
  • If all delivery attempts fail, your parcel will return to our facility. If you wish to have it shipped again, a fresh delivery charge will apply.

Dealing with Damages or Missing Orders

  • Item Arrived in Poor Condition?

Notify our team within 48 hours of delivery receipt. Share detailed photos of the damaged item so we can act quickly to make things right.

  • Haven’t Received Your Order?

Send us a message, and we’ll reach out to the shipping partner. Depending on what’s found, we’ll either resend your order or issue a refund.

Products Requiring Special Handling

Some items may need specific packaging or courier treatment due to fragility, weight, or unusual dimensions. If so, this will be mentioned clearly on the product page before checkout.
